Policy
As you are all
aware, technical divers are not as abundant as sport
divers, so it's nearly impossible to find last minute
replacements.
It would also be unreasonable for the absent diver to
expect the remaining divers to carry the extra costs.
The boats are booked for 6 to 8 divers depending on the
boat, due to the extra tech gear requirements.
If a diver books a seat on a boat, & then wishes to
cancel /remove himself from the dive,
it is that divers responsibility to find a replacement,
or pay for the vacant seat.
or cancel 48 or more hours before the dive is
acceptable, at which time,
an e-mail will then be sent to all remaining divers
notifying them of the increase in dive costs,
should there be no objections, the dive will proceed.
Bookings are to be paid for 48 hrs in advance.
Proof of payment must be e-mailed or faxed through at
this time.
We book the boat 48 hours or more before the dive to
secure the service.
If the dive is cancelled on the day, at the time of
launch, all moneys will be refunded in full,
or credit passed to the diver, depending on which is
requested by the diver.
All notifications
are sent out by e-mail more than 48hours before the
dive,
it is up to the divers to check their confirmations with
the DM to avoid misunderstandings.
Should your e-mail be down at the time call the DM or
Instructor on his/her cell to confirm bookings.
